We’d like to welcome you and your child to the center. We provide positive reinforcement and encouragement in all that your child does or attempts to do. We believe a child’s early experiences enrich and stimulate future growth. Children deserve to be treated and respected as individuals in an environment that welcomes reason, exploration, question, and imagination. We respect each child’s need for love, security, acceptance, warmth, and stimulation. Our purpose for childcare is to have fun while providing learning stimulation for the children.
We are licensed with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and comply with the Minimum Standards for Licensed Child Care Centers. State inspections are conducted on a regular basis. A copy of the standards and all inspections are available at the front desk for your review anytime.
Our schedules and activities are flexible and meet with the children’s needs. All staff members have been FBI background checked, stay in compliance with our Child Care Certification by attending child-related educational workshops and classes year-round, and all caregivers hold a current Infant and Child CPR and First Aid Certification. Each caregiver has at least 30 clock hours of child care training each year which includes recognition of abuse, neglect and specifics on infants. These hours do include two clock hours of annual training as required by the law in prevention techniques for and the recognition of symptoms of abuse and neglect as well as the responsibility and procedures for reporting suspected abuse and neglect as well as two hours of recognizing and preventing shaken baby syndrome; preventing sudden infant death syndrome; and understanding early childhood brain development.
